Let Their Memories Be a Revolution

Like you, I was heartbroken to learn of the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, champion for civil rights, gender equity, and progressive causes. She did so much to make our country a better place.

The world feels a little darker with leaders like RBG gone. I felt the same way when Representative John Lewis passed away earlier this year. We are losing fierce changemakers who stood up for what was right and changed our reality.

But then I remember the courageous and powerful leadership of young people in this moment. Young people who are changing the game and transforming what we believe is possible. There’s a new, phenomenal generation of young people working to take back our political system and our future, and it’s our job to put them in as many positions of power as possible.

We have an immediate and urgent opportunity to change our reality and put the pain and uncertainty we are feeling into action because today is National Voter Registration Day. Today is an opportunity to take action, even small action, to honor the legacy of Justice Ginsburg and Representative Lewis:

Cast your vote and join us in standing for climate justice and the solutions and change we know are available. Cast your vote for a world that will be better and brighter, and believe it is possible.

Let their memories be a revolution.
